SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Atoshia Subscribe & Save is a recurring monthly plan. When you
subscribe, you agree to the terms below.

WHAT YOU'RE SIGNING UP FOR

You are charged $38.17 per delivery — 15% off the one-time price
of $44.90 — on the same date each month, using the payment method
you provided at checkout. One bottle is a 30-day supply, so your
next bottle arrives roughly as you finish the last one.

Shipping is free on every subscription delivery.

There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee.

WHEN YOU'RE CHARGED

Your first order is charged immediately at checkout. Each
subsequent order is charged on the same day of the month as your
first order, and ships shortly after.

You'll receive an email before each renewal so a charge is never
a surprise.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You control everything yourself from your account at atoshia.com:

  - Skip a delivery
  - Pause your subscription
  - Change your delivery date or frequency
  - Update your shipping address or payment method
  - Cancel

Changes take effect on any order that has not yet been processed.
To be safe, make changes at least 24 hours before your renewal
date.

If you'd rather we did it for you, email support@atoshia.com and
we'll make the change and confirm by reply.

CANCELLING

You can cancel at any time from your account, in two clicks. There
is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no phone call.

Cancelling stops all future charges and deliveries. It does not
refund orders that have already shipped — see below.

PRICE CHANGES

Your subscriber price is $38.17 and is not an introductory rate.
If we ever change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will
be notified by email at least 30 days in advance and can cancel
before the new price applies.

REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Your first subscription order is covered by our 30-day money-back
guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

Because you can skip, pause or cancel any upcoming delivery
yourself before it ships, renewal orders that have already shipped
are not refundable as a matter of course. If you were charged for
a renewal you didn't intend, email us — we'll look at it.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we'll retry it up to three times over seven
days and email you each time. If it still doesn't go through, the
subscription is cancelled automatically. You can restart it at any
time.
